Sorry to say but these games are very difficult. I completed probably a quarter of SMT2 and about even less of SMT If (you play a RPG in Japanese and expect to get far). I'm using the Aeon Genesis patch for SMT2 so I have no problems but it's mostly trial and error with SMT If.

Who gives you the Demon Summoning Program, he says that the demons will swarm the cities and he believe that as many people as possible should have this program. Using this Hawk defeats his final opponent and becomes the Champion of the Center. Hawk soon learns of his true identity and his mission to battle demons and restore order or die trying.

These are the SNES games we missed out on games that pushed the limits of cheap random battles and innovative gameplay. Shin Megami Tensei needs no introduction, the world is both your enemy and comrade, choices actually matter.
